Hot weather |

With warm weather set to return it can be tempting to jump in and swim in areas of open water like Ensors Pool, please remember it comes with many dangers. Even when outdoor temperatures are high, water can still be extremely cold and cause shock, which can quickly lead to drowning. There are also hidden dangers beneath the surface including sudden drops, poor visibility and discarded objects that can trap or injure swimmers. Please enjoy the nice weather, but stay safe and don't swim in open water unless it's a designated and supervised swimming area.
